Our intellectual-property notice and how to raise a complaint with CITY FM.
Last updated: 28 June 2026
CITY FM respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This page sets out our copyright and trademark notice and the grievance-redressal mechanism for the CITY FM website and apps, operated by EBN (Entertainment & Broadcasting Network), a sole proprietorship based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
1. Our trademarks and content
The CITY FM name, the CITY FM logo, the EKDAM KADAK tagline, and all original design, graphics, text and audio idents created by us are the property of EBN and are protected by copyright and trademark law. All trademarks and rights belong to EBN. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use them without our prior written permission.
2. Third-party music and works
Music, songs, sound recordings, and other third-party works that may be made available through the Services are the property of their respective owners, including authors, composers, lyricists, performers, music labels and copyright societies. We do not claim ownership of such works, and nothing on the Services grants you any rights in them.
If you wish to use any music or third-party content for your own purposes, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary licences directly from the relevant rights holders or copyright societies.
3. Respecting copyright — notice and takedown
We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright or other intellectual-property infringement. If you are a rights holder (or an authorised agent) and believe that content available through the Services infringes your rights, please send a written notice to our Grievance Officer at grievance@cityfm.in including:
- your name, organisation and contact details;
- identification of the work you say is infringed, and proof of your rights in it (or your authority to act for the rights holder);
- identification of the specific content on the Services that you say is infringing, and where it appears;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content in question expeditiously, and take reasonable steps to prevent its recurrence.
